Warranty conditions:-
We adhere to the warranty policy provided by the agent directly to the customer for the product displayed on the website.
The customer must read the terms and conditions of the warranty policy carefully, and the customer has no right to claim anything that is not stated in the warranty policy under any circumstances.
We provide the customer with all facilities regarding maintenance, whether the item is under warranty or not, depending on its condition.
The facilities are as follows:-
First, if the item is under comprehensive warranty, the customer does not have to pay any amount during the comprehensive warranty period.
Secondly, if the item is under maintenance warranty, the customer must pay the costs of spare parts only, and labor costs are free.
Thirdly, if the item is outside the comprehensive warranty and maintenance guarantee, the customer must pay the costs of spare parts and labor.
*Definition of comprehensive warranty:-
Comprehensive warranty means that the agent bears the maintenance of the item and bears the full cost of spare parts only once during the comprehensive warranty period
Since then, the item falls under the free maintenance warranty only and not the comprehensive warranty for the remainder of the warranty period.
Definition of maintenance guarantee:-*
The maintenance guarantee is a guarantee that does not include the costs of spare parts, but rather includes labor wages, as the costs of spare parts become the customer’s responsibility.
Please adhere to the terms of the warranty as stipulated, and the site and those responsible for it will not bear any misunderstanding or castration on the part of the customer.
